 y] Braxton and\n[Cornelius] Cardew.\" \n\nAcid Birds was formed in 200
 4 in Brooklyn, NY by Andrew Barker (drums\n& percussion), Jaime Fennel
 ly (pedal harmonium + electronics) and\nCharles Waters (alto saxophone
  & bass clarinet). NY-based Barker\n& Waters are both founding members
  of Gold Sparkle Band, and\nFennelly, who recently relocated to Chicag
 o from the Pacific Northwest,\nis 1/3 of Peeesseye. Their first self-t
 itled LP came out on the Italian\nlabel QBICO in 2009. Their second LP
 , Acid Birds II, will be released\nin January 2011 on Sagitarrius A-St
 ar, and the new Brooklyn label\nElectric Temple Records will be releas
 ing their first cassette,\nentitled Mock Load, to coincide with their
