 ince 2006 the Black Political Empowerment Project has hostedB-PEP JAZ
 Z, a six hour jazz marathon which features many of Pittsburgh's best 
 musicians and vocalists.   Join us during National Jazz Appreciatio
 n month as we again host a program that has become the premier Pittsbu
 rgh-based jazz event of the year.   This event also enables B-PEP to 
 raise funds that help defray the cost of the many fine programs it off
 ers the Pittsburgh Region.\n\nB-PEP JAZZ is held each year on Easter
  Monday, the Monday immediately after Easter, allowing those who have
  been observing Lent to let loose and celebrate with some of the best 
 music to be found in the Pittsburgh tri-state area at any time of the 
 year.   The program runs for 6 wonderful hours, from dinner time at 5
 :30pm until late evening at 11:30pm -- just in time to head home and g
