 He has composed over 400 original compositions, including movie scores
  and soundtracks. Dr. Harrison invented the instrument, the Trombetto,
  and has written many articles on Pittsburgh’s jazz history, and is 
 currently writing a book. Dr. Harrison will be featured as a lecturer 
 during the month of April, National Jazz Appreciation Month, discussin
