  steel drum began at St. John School of the Arts. His music includes C
 alypso, Reggae, Classical Soul, Blues. He also has been performing as 
 a Jazz artist for more than ten years. Victor was also the first steel
  pan player to be featured at the Umbria Jazz Festival in Perugia, Ita
 ly in 1999.\nHaving performed across North America, Europe, and the Ca
 ribbean, he has toured with the 21st Century Band (featuring Ron Blake
  and Dion Parson) and the award Winning Real Silk Band. Recorded with 
 artist such as Roger Humprhries,\nJames Johnson III, Dwayne Dolphin, L
