 ised to a Director’s level and asked by Hiraki to take on a new chal
 lenge. He asked her to bring Seimei to the USA.\n\nSince 1995, Nicola 
 Bertolo, the highest ranking practitioner outside of Japan, has been i
 ntroducing Seimei to the west. She has worked on many thousands of peo
 ple with various ailments. She  a permanent office in the Southwest r
