Pittsburgh Connection: Marshall Howard, friend and jazz fan. We both are faculty members at University of Phoenix. He has introduced me to some jazz musicians in Pittsburgh, his home town.
About Me:: MBA from Indiana University 1964. I play jazz and blues guitar. I was lucky enough to have seen Wes Montgomery perform several times while going to school in Bloomington, Indiana in 1959 - 1964. Other favorites of mine are Jack McDuff, Jimmy McGriff, Dextor Gordon, Horace Silver, Cannonball Adderly, John Coltrane and saw them perform in Chicago when I was a teenager. Do not play much anymore, but am a huge jazz fan.
