It's real easy. You can put YouTube videos on your page. Copy the embed code from YouTube, then go to your page where it says add videos.. you see a "from YouTube" logo. click on it and a screen will open up. Paste the embed code into it and "Voila!" You can caption it and then click on save and it's done.

You can easily stop the network emails anytime you want. Just go into your "profile settings" and then click on "email." where it gives you several options to control the email you receive from the network. That's all you need to do to turn them on or off to suit your needs.
