About Me:: I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jothan Callins at a lecture in Birmingham Alabama in 2000. I attended a three week civil rights programme, and it was there that I met Jothan (ethnomusicologist as he called himself) It was there that we connected. I was able to work with him the following year on workshops that related to music and sound. He will not be forgotten by me and the generosity he showed whilst I was in the city of Birmingham Alabama - god bless you for all the vision that inspired you, and the people that you met, who you touched with your soul, energy and heart.
