The Tree of Arts became a satellite project of the Homewood Jazz Workshop Inc. in 1981, H.J.W. Inc. was, and still is, under the direction of Harold Young. John Mosley joined the Jazz Workshop, as well as, continued to be involved with Tree of Arts programming from time to time.
