For almost 100 years the Pittsburgh region has been a metacenter of jazz originality that is second to no other in the history of jazz. One of the best kept secrets in jazz folklore, the Pittsburgh Jazz Legacy has heretofore remained mythical. We have dubbed it “the greatest story never told” since it has not been represented in writing before now in such a way as to be accessible to anyone seeking to know more about it. When it was happening, little did we know how priceless the memories would become when the times were gone.
Today jazz is still king in Pittsburgh, with events, performances and activities happening all the time. The Pittsburgh Jazz Network is dedicated to celebrating and showcasing the places, artists and fans that carry on the legacy of Pittsburgh's jazz heritage.

Applicants must demonstrate adequate repayment ability. Lenders must maintain documentation supporting the repayment ability analysis in the loan file. The effective date of the proposed changes will be provided in a future USDA Procedure Notice once the The change in the regulation is outlined in 7 CFR 3555.354 and 3555.356. Loss Mitigation Process: HB-1-3555, Chapter 18, Servicing Non-Performing Loans - Accounts with Repayment Problems, has been revised with the following: • Greater emphasis on payment reduction as the primary driver of loss mitigation. Subject: USDA-RD Technical Handbook & Form Updates Effective: Immediately USDA-RD has updated the SFH Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook, HB-1- 3555, and Forms RD-3555-17 and RD-3555-21. • The current RD 3555-21 is still in use in the new GUS system. An update will be sent once USDA-RD has completed all revisions. The handbook, HB-1-3555, Appendix I, located at rd.usda.gov/sites/default/files/hb-1-3555.pdf, will provide examples of when a debt ratio waiver may be granted.
