assisted the 7th Annual LADY GOT CHOPS WOMEN'S MONTH JAZZ FESTIVAL as conduit of funding to offset the performance fees of the Ladies performing in the festival which had been held at the now defunct JAZZ SPOT in Brooklyn. The club owner/festival co-producer prior to this arrangement had paid all artists from the door and food sales. There was no alcohol license. With assistance from Chase we can continue in a new location. We hope to utilize either of these three venues: the University of the Streets in Manhattan,
Elmcor or the Langston Hughes Library in Queens and/or the 966 Senior center in Brooklyn. Over the past 7 years the festival has employed over eighty women musicians. Please vote for Women In Jazz Inc and support
the LADY GOT CHOPS WOMENS MONTH JAZZ FESTIVAL.
