Please let me know. i can make an appt. to see you if you would like.
Beside Nelson, i have played with kenny blake, Emily Remler(now deceased) Al Dowe and Etta Cox, Lou stellute, maureen Budway, Eric Suseoff, Don Aliquo and in fact i gave greg Humpries his first gig at 'Toute Suite' that was in Homewood on a New years Eve w/ me and Emily. The first time i saw Howie Alexander when I came back, he said 'I used to sneak in Hemmingways to see you and kenny blake back in the day". My, how we get old and they grow up!
Anyway, I wanted to fit a lifetime of music in 2 or 3 paragraphs, hence all the data. I do think you get the point. Please get in touch with me on this website!
Yes, drums...I can play a "little bit". In 10 years, I'd love to be able to show up at jam sessions and hold my own.
Drums, eh? It's never too late for music you know. Thank you for your keen awareness and dedicated support. You are a part of the jazz family as is your father who provided his entrepreneurial support against great for so many years.
